So the Cruise ship was German owned and commanded? Totally a commerce raider, they've got plenty of form for that. Must be nice for them to win a naval battle :p

My favourite part is that it happened off Tortuga. My money is on it being an act of piracy, but it wasn't the cruise ship that was the pirate.
