I thought her plotlines were better than 12's actually (some episodes like the one with River song excepted). Her acting is why she's taken over the soft spot I had for 10 despite his faults.

Whats wrong with 13? (you mentioned it twice but i'm assuming the last one is meant to be 13) I like 13's storylines and characters, along with the actual characterisation of the doctor. 12... eh, I dunno but it didn't always feel right to me. 11 was as I said, what I grew up on, weeping angels...

Nein, the worst doctor was number 9 by far. (I grew up on 11, didn't like 12 and like 13)

I wouldn't say its the best. For me that title goes to Doctor Who (especially 11 and 13)
