I still haven’t watched Volume 7 or 8
Say, have they revealed what happened to Summer Rose yet?
I honestly felt after the end of volume 6 there were barely any mysteries left
“The Past” is usually what keeps me interested in a series
Not really a fan and I stopped reading more than a hundred chapters ago, but I think My Hero Academia handled their teacher-level-competency quite well
You haven’t been around fanfics have you?
And yeah, they were treating him as if he was some super manipulative bastard that was sorta treating them as just pawns, as I recall
Don’t remember it being implied as being painful and hell they kinda agreed to work with/for Ozpin, main complaint was not instantly explaining that the enemy was immortal
And the fact that Ozpin gave the Branwens the ability to turn into birds, like they can turn back and forth, but they can turn into birds! And that’s horrible
I think we’ll wait for maybe 2-3 years after Volume 8 for the reboot
And hope the creators or new team are in a good headspace and able to handle criticism and really plan things out from the start
Also maybe NOT shit on Ozpin
TBF, they can look like the majority opinion and have taken over other forums in-relation to entertainment and a good portion of reddit
Combined with whatever rhetoric about how going "Politically Correct" and doing "Diversity" was the future and people finding it hard to see that things are...
Why does anyone even like Tumblr/Twitter?
I think even the guys on SB/SV/QQ/AH and Reddit and Fandom wiki are actually likely to be more enthusiastic about the series
Honestly, I think there's a problem in differentiating "fandom" from the rest of the guys who enjoy the hobby
Problem is though, those guys spend way more time on average using the internet and using forums and subreddits and such
You know, I heard once that RWBY was supposed to continue or end at the girls' adulthood
Then again, it was supposed to just be a sisterhood than full of sudden Yuri-pairings, I mean Blake & Sun had more in-universe shipping than Blake & Yang
What I find more infuriating is the fandom I've met on SB taking the setting more seriously and acting as if it's Uber-realistic and even "socially relevant" at times and magnifying the amount of Human-On-Faunus racism stuff
Who also proceed to talk about Aura & Semblance as if they're...
