The safety chain is hooked to the pin holding the trailer hitch in, and the pin that's supposed to hold the ball lock down is missing. So basically there's nothing to keep that trailer from falling off if it hits big enough bump.

I would say Picard season 3 is still a shit sandwich - it's just not a soggy one. SNW suffers from a lot of the things that made STD bad, which is to say that it is still poorly written and everyone still talks and acts like children, and that the only thing that makes it better by comparison...
