    LOL! I know you tried :) But it could be unsalvageable. Egypt itself IMO may progress from extreme arid to not quite so arid.     The Sahara and south African deserts are there for a reason - the high pressure zones. I cannot remember the fancy name for it :) Once the oceans currents sort themselves out I'd expect NBL (new better location) Africa to be relatively unchanged climatically.
