The Hobgoblin with captive Spearwoman (Goblin Slayer) is dumped in the U.P. 4000 BCE

No, it would be more like a combination of scarcity and lack of social support structures. I doubt that a single goblin nest can, for example, reinvent all the tech of the GS world for example, so they either get help from other goblins or spy on humans to learn advanced skills like metallurgy...

The Hobgoblin with captive Spearwoman (Goblin Slayer) is dumped in the U.P. 4000 BCE

Ok, a few things here. First off, if the goblins do not have genetic memory how do they learn specific skills, like how to find, mine and smelt ore? Second, why assume that the hobgoblin will act rationally and conserve his breeding stock? Third, and I would assume that it would happen often...

I just love how obsessed Japs are with the whole adding gaming logic to their fantasy manga, anime and LNs. Then again, you need gods to do Isekai-like stuff.

But you claim Muskovite KGBStan are orcs, orcs beat goblins! Are you saying that they are goblins, now? Anyways, let us keep this from the discussion, vs. shouldn't be political.

The Hobgoblin with captive Spearwoman (Goblin Slayer) is dumped in the U.P. 4000 BCE

All of those behaviors sound like the exception, rather than the norm, IMHO. And if the human population is small enough and spread out enough then the goblins will probably collapse before they reach any sort of critical mass necessary for a more advanced goblin society. Also, how will they...

The Hobgoblin with captive Spearwoman (Goblin Slayer) is dumped in the U.P. 4000 BCE

I am not saying that they aren't dangerous to such a low-tech culture. I think that, based on what I saw of them, they will be far too eager to rape, murder and pillage, like a very virulent pathogen that destroys its entire host reservoir in short order. Like Ebola.

The Hobgoblin with captive Spearwoman (Goblin Slayer) is dumped in the U.P. 4000 BCE

TBH given what we know of the standard goblin, and what I saw and remember from the ones in Goblin Slayer you are giving them too much credit for their ability to think ahead and organize. NOTE, again, I have only seen the first season of the anime.

The Hobgoblin with captive Spearwoman (Goblin Slayer) is dumped in the U.P. 4000 BCE

At those rates, IMO, the Goblyns will burn through the sparse human population's females and there population will collapse unless they start farming humans.

The Hobgoblin with captive Spearwoman (Goblin Slayer) is dumped in the U.P. 4000 BCE

If the goblins kill off or drive off all the humans won't that collapse their population? In any case, it will be interesting to see what happens when the conquistadors come in a few thousand years later. Will there be a complex human civilization or a wasteland left after multiple cycles of...
