Never read that much Tolkien, tbh, I played through a bunch of CRPGs before I even took the time to watch all of lotR, I read the hobbit earlier, but it did not make as big of an impression on me as say some D&D related stuff like Lone Wolf and some other low fantasy stuff with a Conan expy...
