Yeah, Biden's hits on immigration always have a particular slant to them. Like how the only 'illegal' immigrants he deports are the actual refugees fleeing communism from Venezuela & Cuba.

Because it will be struck down by the supreme court. And if we ignore the supreme court, it will end very badly for us, as leftists start ignoring even more of the constitution, and we don't have the supreme court to stop that.

So first, you'd have to determine how many were actually indian, legally show they were legally indian (probably not, that part of the constitution likely refers to Indians that maintain tribal ties, especially ones to tribes in the US. Finally, they would have to pay no taxes, including sales...

Compared to someone who can't think at all? I think I come out the winner here. You put all these words together and come up with something completely wrong, as per usual. It's hardly twisting when it's plain and obvious what the stuff means. Second, I just pointed out numerous examples of the...

Oh, asking about it is no problem. It's excluding them from the count for purposes of representation that's the problem. ... Given they seem to be accepting marxism instead, I'm unsure why you want this tradeoff, but then I remember your previous idiotic statements, and it makes sense. You put...

All I can here are you whining the world isn't perfect, while ignoring all the great things the constitution has done. Christ, give up the blackpill why don't you.

First, a good deal of them are taxed in some manner, and this amendment predates income taxes, and so doesn't refer to those. Second, even if they weren't, they aren't Indians, and so do count, just like Indians who are taxed count. And yet more stupidity. The only thing certified by you is...

Again, the constitution is the legalese laying out America's core principles. If those are under threat, it is the constitution we use as both guidance and safety. Abandoning the constitution when under threat is the stupidest piece of horseshit I've ever heard, along the lines of "Get out of...

United States The United States and Immigration Policy

So thanks for coming right out and admitting that you hate America, because the Constitution is basically America's ideals, put into legalese. Thinking it's been dead for decades is also the stupidest thing I've heard. Sure, they aren't applying it perfectly, (notably the fourth and fifth, the...

Blatantly unconstitutional. The census is required to count the number of people in every state, not citizens (maybe a holdover from slavery? Idk).

DACA repeal is targeted at illegal immigrants, but if you are born in the US, you aren't an illegal immigrant, even if your mother is. That's the whole thought behind DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals), is that it is an exception for people who didn't try to cheat the system, but...

United States The United States and Immigration Policy

DACA isn't for kids born in the US though? DACA is if you arrive as a baby, then stay here and actually contribute by graduating from high school. DACA (as an ideal) is basically the opposite of birth tourism: The mother arrived after the birth, and the kid is probably a contributing member of...

This ruling, IMO, is bigger than the DACA failure. Also, it is a strategic win. It doesn't feel bad to people like DACA repeal does (and honestly, DACA is something I'm mostly fine with), but it means that illegal immigration is much easier to handle.
