So this video is fake news. It isn't a UNRWA camp, and most of the people speaking in the film aren't UN staff. And the way Palestine ends is probably by Israel normalizing relations with other Arab countries, using Iran as a threat, then Israel expelling the Palestinians to one of those countries.
