    No,in the end of 1937 he told his closest advisors that he must start war between 1943 and 1945,becouse germans would arleady fully prepare their army,and their enemies would be still trying to do so.

    Bad decision,soviet was stronger and take Europe eventually.Unless Hitler woud not only attack first,but also come as liberator and gave land to soviets in kolchozs.
