As others have said he is from out of state and 17, which I don't think he can legally own that in any state around Wisconsin.

Though of course CNN and the MSM point out the guy had Trump stuff on social media. So therefore trump is evil because shooters follow him

If Wisconsin laws were the least bit sane itd be likely just be a misdemeanor for a minor open carrying and with a lot of exceptions... Like hunting or whatever.

It's not a bad strategy if it works. Not just kids but anyone they find attractive when the rule of law is absent it's open season for a rape buffet unless who they target can fight back.

That’s the sad thing, he had the mind to think of faking a surrender to try and shoot the kid, but he spared no thought to his fellow who crumbled to the ground after getting shot.

Well he actually exhibited some control. He had enough presence of mind to hide his gun and attempt to deceive the shooter instead throwing bullets at him (assuming the gun was loaded and real).

Of course he technically would be in quite a pickle himself since obviously in almost all cases I'm pretty sure felons are not allowed to open carry firearms... Or even own them in general.
