It's passed that point now they've expanded targets to men in general. Compare the Rap/R&B and NBA from the 90s. To the same groups in 2020 and you'll see a slew of very femine black men. I'd imagine other demographics are being undermined as well.
Asians too. There seems to be a trend of Asian men becoming more and more feminine.

Probably A-OK. The hatred of guns is based on a nigh-religious taboo against the gun itself, not actual facts or the violence the gun might be involved in. I'm reminded again of a Dilbert strip where the author did some retrospective several years ago. The strip involved an intern being shot in the back by a cop, and was rejected for violence (granted Dilbert's humor can be pretty black at times). The artist erased the gun and had the cop kill the intern with a bullet-shooting doughnut as a joke, and to his bafflement the strip was accepted by the censors. They weren't upset at the kid being murdered, merely that a gun was visible in the strip.
Which means Elmer Fudd must switch his hunter tool if he wants some wabbit stew. Like a crossbow.
