There was a video before being passed around I think it was at DC that had Mandarin being spoken during the riots. Guranteed to trigger panic and paranoia.

Yes that one I found out about. What happened was the NG took in some of the females whose small physique made them look like a child despite their age.

Am I correct so far?

isnt just BG, Active Duty as well. If I put a Riot helmet on some of the ladies around my base and a riot shield and put them there they would look like a child

At this point applying Justinian's solution to the Nika Riots to this current mess might be a practical idea. Mind you it's not a good way to be reelected or staying out of jail once you leave office so unless things really escalate by at least an order of magnitude I don't see it happening. Also I really hope that the Smithsonian and the National Archives makes it through this mess intact since so far nothing has happened as related to them. If something does happen to them..welp break out the gladii boys its stabbing time

those horses wouldn’t be very useful, unless it is a warhorse which isnt really bred in the US and civilians don’t have access, a single flash-bang would have them toppling, and trampling their riders.
edit: for those worried, assuming they are peaceful, as long as no one in the crowd tries to start something it will be fine, horses are normally fairly calm, if the intent is to use them to counter the police cavalry that is a terrible idea, and attempting to go against the shield wall is just as dumb.
