Fair enough it just sticks in my craw when folks pretend Africa didn't have civs. Ironically it's usally blacks claiming garbage like the Celts stuff or claiming Egyptias were black. Learn your own damn history folks thiers greatness there. No need to steal iyher people's legacies.

What's really sad is these people always presume to speak for "the group". Meaning you can end up catching hell for stuff you had literally nothing to do with. All because some jagoff said "as a Jew", woman, black, gay, Asian etc.

At a company I used to work for, they impressed on us the need to make sure to fill in our time-sheets, or else management would think we had been goofing off.
The main problem the history of sub-Saharan Africa is the lack of written records - at least any that have survived.

Luckily the Romans and Egyptians both have records of Askum/Nubia. They definitely largley lacked writing down there though.

You do know that the first and second reich were the Roman Empire and Holy Roman Empire, right? It's basically a claim to a lot of territory outside of Germany. If anything, the EU is the fourth Reich.
