It took me seconds to find reports of new Corona virus cases using a search engine; you'd have to actively avoid information to the contrary to think that there had been no new cases in the United States for the past few days.

@Terthna , this data stream is being generated at the direction of those in charge to be specifically generated from WHO and CDC data. Since I have no actual interest in following this, I'm not wasting anymore time than I've been specifically asked to do by admin. If you want to do your own data sources, feel free to do so.

In other words, Zoe is just using you as a mouthpiece, after she had requested a thread ban when I pointed out she was acting rather authoritarian in threatening to use her position as owner of the site to punish users who said things about the Corona virus she didn't like. I suppose this does merit escalation to Staff Communications, because it's apparently not you who deserves the criticism here.

Any analysis on how much the virus has inflitrated major homeless populations now that there are hundreds of KNOWN cases each in California, New York, and Seattle?

I guess there's no middle ground like the CDC and WHO are simply waiting for verification before updating confirmed daily statistics coming in worldwide.

Again, there was literally no point in the past few weeks where King County did not report new cases of Corona virus daily, so saying that it had been "several days since the last reported new case in the United States" is not true; whether or not they were "waiting for verification before updating confirmed daily statistics coming in worldwide" is irrelevant, because at no point was that statement ever true.I just like how people leap from posting WHO and CDC official statistics here is being Authoritarian, Willfully Ignorant Liars.

Well I engaged in the arduous task of looking at the WHO Day 55 report. It does say no new confirmed cases in the past 24 hours and it's been one day since they confirmed new cases in the US.
Plus there's all of these footnotes...
