It's the warehouses that are also organizing...that's a huge manpower sink for them. And might end up bighting them like it did the Big 3 US automakers.Never. Amazon's store is pretty minor compared to is cloud services.

All I'm stating is that Unionization with, likely, massively increase their expenditures and lessen profit...possibly into the negative just like the Big 3.Yes, but it's a small part of their profits. Cloud services are like 2/3 of Amazon's profits.

Amazon wants people cancelling their Amazon Prime account to be unthinkable.
I don't really get some of their decisions though.
Like Tomb Raider. Recently they announced they want to make Tomb Raider a cinematic universe. Spent $600 million acquiring the rights.
For starters, what the fuck? Tomb Raider's last 3 games barely broke even, not exactly suggesting its a prime target for sequels or a cinematic universe. On top of that, they are some of the most cinematic games there are - especially 2013 and Shadow.
The Angelina Jolie movies made sense because those earlier Tomb Raider games were mostly action platformers without much story. Modern Tomb Raider games are fairly story heavy, with huge set piece cinematic action moments that a movie is just not going to have the budget to match.
Overall, I think Amazon's Tomb Raider will flop harder than Rings of Power.
That really depends.
If they respect their audience, and the fans, if they have good writing and if they don't go fucking woke and act like pricks it could be a success its all about the exicution.
Tomb Raider is all about action and cleavage. Maybe they're hoping to grab a larger audience from the 'cheap thrills' category.Overall, I think Amazon's Tomb Raider will flop harder than Rings of Power.
If you wanna make Jeff Bezos cry send him this image.
Amazon Tomb Raider will have a communist message a heavy handed environmental message and A cup bras.Rings of Power, Wheel of Time, now possibly Tomb Raider........ To make Raider work you need action, adventure, no politics, no environmental preaching.....plus no bra.
