Frank Horrigan (Fallout 2)
“You've gotten a lot farther than you should have, but then you haven't met Frank Horrigan either. Your ride's over, mutie. Time to die.”

Special Agent Frank Horrigan is a super mutant and a Secret Service Agent of the United States Government known as the Enclave in 2241. He serves as the final boss of Fallout 2.
Horrigan was originally a high-ranking and exceptionally vicious human secret service agent working for the Enclave president Dick Richardson, who became a mutant after coming into contact with the F.E.V. Virus at the Mariposa Military Base.
The Enclave scientists brought him back to their labs to be studied and experimented on and decided to further mutate him into their ultimate killing machine. Frank Horrigan was permanently encased in a special suit of cybernetic power armor designed specifically for him. He was also fitted with several cybernetic enhancements, including arm control mechanisms, leg rotator mechanisms, and a bionic eye.

Alcina Dimitrescu (Resident Evil Village)

Much of Lady Dimitrescu's past remains a mystery, but she is believed to have been born around 1914 as she became a mutant at the age of 44 which is around the late 1950s, and seems to have stopped aging at her mid forties.
She was taken into the cult of the being known as ‘Mother Miranda’ whereupon Alcina survived being infected with the Cadou parasite.
This experiment mutated Alcina's body considerably, granting her regenerative capabilities, retractable claw-like nails, and the ability to transform into a dragon-like monster and back again. Moreover, the parasite halted her aging process, maintaining her appearance perpetually. In spite of these impressive biological changes, the resulting mutation did not nullify her blood disease.
As a result, Dimitrescu needed a ready supply of fresh human blood to maintain her health, which is also responsible for her greater-then-normal-human highly. Because of this, Alcina was therefore judged by Miranda to be a failure for her end goal.
Alcina Dimitrescu rules over a large castle as the Matriarch of the Dimitrescu Family, living with three women whom she considers her daughters, Cassandra, Bela, and Daniela.
