It's not really the books so much as one of those rando things Rowling said to gain woke points. In the books, Hermione regularly turns pink with embarrassment or white with fear, reactions that are unlikely to be noticeable on a black girl, so the text generally goes against it.

He's in Tokyo right now, got his nose broken after another actor found him. He's traded one life sentence for a more hellish one, as in; if the Japanese government finds him with that child, he will go to jail. While some may say their age of consent is 13, it's actually 16-18 depending on the obscenity statutes of the prefecture.
