People who are wealthy enough to collect that kind of money from when you sue them personally and win usually don't have much you can get at unless they're dumb because the vast majority of their wealth probably isn't in their name.
Naturally, this is all the fault of white people somehow.
never really understood the appeal of catcalling its quite possibly one of the least effective ways to actually get a girl in practice. I mean i would understand doing it if it worked but what actually happens is that you get women defensive and pissed off. Even if your attractive and high value your going to ding your chances. Your better off using a more low key personal approuch or at the very least reading the room and looking for places where women are more open to an relationship or a one night stand.

Note that people doing it tend to be on the lower range of the IQ curve, so their ways of getting female attention are usually of more animalic kind.

The other part: the gals they catcall tend to be the kinds of gals who can walk into an upscale singles bar looking like they just crawled out of bed and still get hit on by multiple guys. A gal that pretty isn't interested in a guy who likes her just because she's pretty.

Please tell me that's just for when you're inside a space that's open to the public. That I can understand.
If it includes wearing one when you're outdoors and/or in a private space (like someone's home or car) ...
