Some months ago, GPD made a statement about the Steam Deck that was recently translated. It's... interesting, to put it mildly.
In it, GPD promotes piracy, insists that the Steam Deck is less powerful than their own products and that Valve will never let you install Windows on it, and uses "capitalist" as a derogatory term. Honestly, when combined with their abysmal history regarding customer service and quality control, reading this does not make me hopeful for the future of GPD as a company; which is sad, because I really like my GPD Win 2.
Anyways; that aside, reviews for the Steam Deck have been coming out, and it seems to have been well worth the wait. Pretty much the only thing I can think of to complain about it is the fact that it's way too big, in my opinion at least. No way would I want to lug that thing around with me everywhere I go, like I do with my GPD Win 2.
