What If? You were abandoned on an Alien World, with the ability to make machinery for survival & the only thing you have for Entertainment are book-files?

How long would your sanity last if you were the only human being around in said alien world, constantly fighting and struggling for survival even, against the horrors that are its environment?

And all you have to distract yourself is reading books on whatever "computer" is now stuck to your machinery

I’ve only seen a bit of the game, but kinda like that Factorio game, except you really do have to deal with the place being truly planet sized

....Carl am I stuck in a fictional universe? Your OP only states an 'alien world' so I assumed it was just a vaguely generic alien planet rather than a specific work of fiction.
