How lewd ! there was such story on SB once, but i forget name.
If i remember correctly,Slaanesh as monster lord become real girl, turned some other Chaos gods into girls,but Khorne was keep as her male lover.Or turned into girl,too ?
Anyway, it ended with Slaanesh taking most of Galaxy,and author stopped writing when they meet IoM.I think,that Emprah would end as girl,too.

Depending on when this happens, this completely changes the history of Warhammer 40K. If it's super early in Slaanesh's existence, then the Demon Lord's Chaos faction basically becomes an unstoppable steamroller of momentum as sapient species after sapient species falls to the power of waifus. In time, she'd probably waifu-ize the Orks and Tyranids, leaving the Necrons as the only threat factor, as Khorne, Nurgle, and the Ork gods would be so much weaker by comparison.

If it's later, but before the Horus Heresy, there's a chance that the Emperor aligns with her as her husbando in order to overpower the other Chaos gods and tame the Warp. Obviously, the earlier the better, but by the time 40K happens, things will probably be turning for the better (unless you're the Eldar, who'll probably wind up waifu-ized by force due to their dickery).

During 40K itself is not going to do much good in the short term, given how shit things are in general, but if you're on a pretty shitty planet, worshipping the god who'll give you hot waifus is probably the least bad deal of them all.

Honestly, with the MGE Demon Lord in the Warp, you're probably going to be seeing all sorts of reality warping antics being standard fare in terms of planetary transformation.

The initial sell is going to be the hard part for most of the Eldar (or literally any sapient species, really). Honestly, I don't think you'd be able to sway most of them to get onboard for a century or two, depending on whether or not some perks get tossed to non-believers and more moderate worshippers. A track record of overt benevolence and being super chill about worship is the best way to get the Eldar to buy in.
