Presumably, kids grow up but stop at a certain age and older people find their ages reversed

Being Androids, means they need repairs, don’t age, have superior physical abilities and perhaps the ability to respawn

Well, Functional Immortality is a thing now. However, due to the fact that the "biology" of humanity has now vastly changed, most medical science suffers a huge setback. I don't know enough on the setting to speculate any further, but I imagine the first thing people will try to do is ensuring progenery can be created. Because if we lose the ability to have descendants, the species suffers a slow but sure extinction.
