Star Wars Warlord Zsinj mental insert into Disney Star Wars

Following the Battle of Endor High Admiral Zsinj finds himself mentally transferred to a slightly different Empire than the one he remembers. Shaking off the deja vu he opts to continue where he left off and resume his plan to go into business for himself.

Scenario A: Zsinj is still a High Admiral with command of the Brawl/Iron Fist and Crimson Command and with control over Dathomir. Basically where he started off in Legends.

Scenario B: Zsinj is a random sector admiral with a smaller command than he had originally.

Scenario C: Zsinj is a subordinate commander under Admiral Rae Sloane during the retreat from Endor.

How does this play out and how badly does he derail canon? Is he more successful here than he was in Legends? How does he interact with Sloane, Operation Cinder, and the other major changes to the galaxy he remembers? Can he successfully carve out a warlord state for himself and if so for how long? Or can he take the ultimate prize and become the new Emperor of the (known) galaxy?

It could apply to all of the Scenarios but in Scenario C in particular Admiral Zsinj political savvy and ability to manipulate people should aid Admiral Sloane in outwitting her main Imperial rival, Garrius Rax. On the face of it, I think Zsinj is a better manipulator and plotter and just overall more competent then Rax and if Rae can see through Garrius Rax's post-Endor image, Zsinj can as well.

Even in Scenarios A & B he'd probably be respectful of Sloane and while his personal ambition wouldn't have him subordinate to her completely, unlike Ysanne Isard, they could respect each other enough to work together. Rae Sloane's dedication to the justice and order that the Empire brought would probably bring her into Zsinj's trust just like his previous adjutant, Melvar's devotion to Palpatine did. And in this case, since in this timeline Palpatine was all about destroying the Empire for reasons with Operation Cinder and his other harebrained contingencies, Zsinj having Sloane as an ally instead of Melvar would actually be a far better option.

With that said, there'd be some friction between the two since Zsinj is far more underhanded and canny and unscrupulous then Sloane is. But he's also smart enough to work with her and vice versa I bet to save the Empire not just from the filthy Rebels/New Republic but Palpatines ruinous Contingency plans as well. I think the duo could safeguard much of the Empire, it certainly wouldn't fall in a year. Zsinj could be instrumental in heading off Gallius Rax and getting him eliminated, as well as dealing with the other political machinations of other lesser minds like Mas Amedda and the like while Rae Sloane stays the course and works to preserve the Empire and its resources and holdings as their new military leader.

Zsinj would probably want to rise to be the power or at least the power behind the new Empire though but his vision probably goes pretty well hand in hand with Admiral Sloane's desire to reforge the Empire as well. They share the same ambition but their personalities wouldn't really clash when it comes to leadership roles I feel IMHO.
