Warhammer The Men of Iron stayed loyal to humanity, but the Age of Strife still occured?

So aliens, daemons, cultists, insane psykers and warpstorms still inflict massive damage on humanity

With possible mass exterminations of psykers to contain threats and possible constant gene checking

What does the Emperor do if it looks to be there will be further attempts to keep humanity from EVER becoming a psychic race?

Considering the general themes of 40K, half of them would turn regardless or they'd go all AI tyrant in order to keep the humans safe.

Would it be wrong if I think there would ironically be humans supporting or even commanding them to do it? Surprisingly no daemonic corruption even needed alongside a willingness to mass genocide races that may have psychic potential

Since humanity is still been cut off from each other due to warp storm shenanigans, they're still going to go through rough times of famine and shit since interstellar trade is extremely important for that kind of shit with the populations they have.

That being said the AIs still being on their side would deter many Xeno aggressions. Keep in mind that DAOT Humanity was basically the strongest empire besides the Aeldari empire. Hell, some Xeno 'allies' might not have gained the balls to attempt a betrayal since humanity wasn't crippled.

Psykers will still be a problem, if only because they invite daemonic invasion due to being incredibly unstable.

The great crusade will most likely have a different change in policy since many of the things that lead to the emperor completely distrusting the alien hadn't the chance to happen yet.

I’d think conquering human polities would be harder, both due to stigma from being a psyker and their advanced technologies, maybe even harder to get Terra without suspicion of mass mind control

Also, Space Marines or Combat Robots? I think the latter would be easier to mass produce and wouldn’t need humans

The answer is always combined arms.

Well, given that I’m sure that not even the DAOT-Human Civilizations didn’t leave combat entirely to robots, there would be guys equipped with lots of tech and enhancements and training fighting for humanity
