Taiping rebels win- what is their foreign policy?

What if the Taipings won? What would their foreign policy be? How would the relate to visiting and trading western powers? Could they be any different and still survive?

Would they get control over all Qing territory? Or lose peripheries like Taiwan, Tibet, Xinjiang, Mongolia, and Manchuria?

How would their relations with Qing tributaries like Korea, Vietnam and Burma go? Would Taipings have any success proselytizing their newfangled heterodox religion?

Could the Nien rebels have won instead? Same questions for them.

I suspect that they would try to ally with other progressive countries, especially fellow Christian ones. I would think that Britain, France, the US, and/or Germany would all be likely candidates here, though the question would be whether any of them would actually be interested in this.
