What If? Soft white throat - Hitler vs Churchill

What If a smart Hitler/SI/ISOT - noticing/knowing Churchill to be the textbook example of Traditional British Strategy - capture an island here, raid a peninsula there, invade Germany by way of Frisian Islands or - even better - Bulgaria, decided to play upon his phobias?
Build earlier and equip one or two "mlik cows" for SF (special forces, not science fiction!) operations from late '40 onward? The idea is to land a squad or two, blow up a lighthouse, capture some locals and use subtle psy-op mind games on them - "soon vee veel come again, zis time with panzers! mauhahaha! u r doomed suckerz woot woot lol wtf!" - and such like.
The idea is to make Churchill waste even more British resources than in OTL on quarternary areas and targets.
In OTL Churchill sent close to a brigade to garrison the Falklands, invaded Madagascar, raided the Van Mayen Island. What would he do if such signs of German "pre invasion" activity were noted on Newfoundland? South African coast? Port Nelson, Canada? Trinidad? Zanzibar?

Do not really matter? England was USA vassal state after 1941,and Hitler could do notching to them.
Besides,smarter Hitler would come in 1941 to liberate soviets,with proposition of land for people,and NEP for everybody.
Soviets would kill all real commies by themselves.

After that,he could invade England for real using soviets as cannonfodder.and take entire Africa and most Asia.

What could USA did then? little to notching.

Yeah, Hitler really had it for the Slavs and even Himmler IIRC thought that making the invasion of the USSR one of alleged liberation would have been a better idea because that way, the Krauts could have had millions of willing supporters fighting for them against the commies and Stalin's other stooges.
