Their locations are close enough that Westeros, Essos, Tamriel(optionally mysterious Akavir)and Numenor can interact or explore one another’s lands

For Tamriel, this is during the reign of Pelagius The Mad

For Westeros, this is during the Tourney of Harrenhal

For Numenor, this is before Ar-Pharazon has Sauron captured

All peoples just “know” there are “new lands” via a shared vision of sorts

How do the peoples of this new world interact with Two Mad Kings and One Angry-Resentful & Ambitious King

Becomes the side bitch. Honestly, what did you expect? Numenor is filled with super humans and Tamriel has powerful magic being common.

It’d take awhile to actually get to doing any conquering and governing

And what reasons could either have to suddenly become really warmongering to people a continent or two away

Because Ar-Pharazon is ruling Numenor? Sauron didn't need much to push him and 99.9% of Numenor into Morgoth worshiping.

And the Empire of Tamriel likes expanding itself, and Westeros and Essos are easy 'victims'.

Fair

Pelagius The Mad meets Mad King Aerys Targaryen, how does that go?

Any talk about ending slavery? What about sending people off to live as colonists?

Pelagius was kept locked up, he didn't actually run the empire. It was his dunmer wife and the council. Empire isn't a fan of slavery, but in the end allowed the Dunmer to keep Argonian slaves in Morrowind for a long time. But essos doesn't have the strengt to get an exception after being conquered.

And no clue about Ar-Pharazon. He will probably like the Pentosi semi-slavery, or the serfdom system. Serfdom has more than a few similarities with slavery than most people realise.

I'm guessing Rhaegar messes things up

Speaking of Essos, what would be the reactions of say, the Red Priests? Do they find R'hllor suddenly appearing as Meridia or them both being the same entity?

I recall Tyrion going on about how Smallfolk weren't much different than slaves, though I think their physical mobility in Westeros isn't as restricted
