Oh I think a scandal like that would get out, especially with the second domestic squabble Tywin his up too with his brosband Aerys.

He was crazy, a murderer and torturer well before Duskendale. It was Duskendale which made him expand his horizons to High Nobility.

That and combined with sheer inadequacies compared to his hand who may as well have been the one running the show

Bet one of the only things Aerys’ ironically glad for is that Tywin never accomplished any of Aerys’ kinda insane big proclamations on stuff to build that’d be famous AF

Tywin lacked that specific ambition and saw it as a waste.....man in hindsight Tywin probably hasn’t done much to change things even during his time as hand
