What If? Human Beings were incapable of suffering and dying to sickness, diseases or viruses?

Basically, human immune systems are so strong, or just flat out immune to things like cancer, diabetes, the black plague and so on. Wounds do not even fester.

This biological function is something from since pre-Stone Age

Human beings can still die due to blunt trauma, wounds, bleeding, accidents, extremely high or low temperatures, thirst and starvation

Would we never advance as we have or even reach the Iron Age without these barriers to life?

Surrounding plants and animals don’t have this luck and you can give a dog a virus even if you are immune yourself through touch
