How powerful would The Emperor of Mankind be in X-Men Comis - verse?

As in would he be top tier Magneto, Jean Grey, etc... level (Omega class mutant) or more top-tier but not God-tier at Alpha class such as Storm, Iceman, etc...?

Scaling and feats aside, as a character the God-Emperor should probably fit into a Skyfather tier like Odin/King Thor or Mephisto and the like. A step above the so-called Alpha-class IMHO. Befitting of a God in mortal form.
