What happens on their journey? How long does their sanity remain in-tact?
Presumably, Harry is incorruptible

Look at any of the various monstergirl city stories for a take on it. Assuming Harry's in control of the gate, he may just go home and forget about it. More likely though, there's something absolutely horrible that's about to destroy all mankind so he'll lead a strike team of monstergirls to deal with that which will open up the floodgates when they "unexpectedly" get through despite Harry's safeguards.@Bear Ribs
What happens if they somehow find a way to make a connection back home?
Also, monstergirl Bob....I never knew I needed this
As for Sabbaths, that’s illegal

Because Harry's entire MO can be summed up as:
- There's a Problem.
- Solve that problem with copious amounts of fire and destructive magic, making pacts for more magic as needed.
- Using the brute-force maximum-collateral-damage method on the previous problem has created new problems.
- Goto 1.
He's not going to be able to "do" anything about it. Harry's a very powerful wizard but ultimately a small fish in a very big ocean, even the entire White Council is basically just one power among many and not the strongest at that. The Monstergirls themselves are really hard to note down consistently due to being a loosely-built porn setting but at a glance they look like they can at least match the Fey Courts, possible both at once. Harry's not going to be standing in front of them all and telling them to move unless the gate's tiny and in a position where he has absolute control, like in the middle of Demonreach, or gets the Monstergirls classed as Outsiders such that the entire Winter Court is standing behind him ready to wage total war to keep them out. Once they flood through it's in the hands of real powers like Ivy, the fairy courts, or possibly even Angels. What does he do if by sheer accident or because there's little choice, said monster girls end up flooding into Earth en masse and break the masquerade and bring their mutation with them?
Kinda because in-canon he's unintentionally responsible for the White Council VS Red Court war and the Fomor taking over for the Red Court

At best Harry's going to make Chicago his personal protected territory and angst about how Gentleman Johnny Marcone is using Monstergirls for unscrupulous reasons in his town, he can hardly go about patrolling the entire state much less the nation much less the world.
Marcone's pretty much always cleaner than Harry imagines him to be. Harry's an unreliable narrator, the fact that you can see through the cracks and realize he's being judgemental about things is part of the charm. Marcone probably won't traffic in slaves (aside from Mamono who have a slavery fetish) and will absolutely tell the lolis to get out of his shop. He will, however, be delighted to have more magic users at his beck and call and will almost certainly augment his supply of muscle with some real muscle in the form of tougher monsters like Minotaurs and Ogres. That’s why Harry does improvised planning, it wins more than CQC armed & unarmed CQC skills and magical power
I’m not sure if Marcone’s in the business of forced prostitution and human trafficking. He has sex workers, but I don’t think they’re abducted.
Also, will probably be VERY put off by the loli mamamono, so that rules some stuff out. Followed by their love thing.
Maybe he gets his hands on an Automaton’s employ to fix Amanda Beckitt

The love thing he'll simply monetize and charge monstergirls to get them paired up with guys. He might actually wind up running a sort-of brothel that actually tends to vector the Johns straight into marriage with the girls, with both the Johns and monstergirls paying Marcone for the privilege.
