The Last City has access to all the assets of Rasputin and assistance from the Cabal Imperial Coalition (Ground support only).
Nazarick has all their vassals/proxies and the battle takes place on the New World.



Battle until unconditional surrender or complete destruction, as long as the Traveler is not destroyed World Items will not work on the people of the Last City.


Vassals are allowed to rebel from Nazarick if it's IC and they think the Last City is winning.

Ainz had access to some pretty OP magic, but my general stance on Sci-Fi vs. fantasy is that Sci-fi wind via massive pening 9999 out of 10000 times.
Maybe this will be the one exception.
