For me this would absolutely have to go to a neutral orc someone cooked up for a tabletop game decades ago- an orc called "Grum."

He was so hilariously obnoxious we couldn't stop laughing for half the game.

We finally encountered the mighty blue dragon in his lair. Awesome serious encounter, right? Not in this case.

The dragon gave the usual overblown speech about our upcoming destruction. Grum, green-skinned, squinty-eyed, bulky, wide mouth with cheap cigar, replied "Grum get more loot making big blue lizard into boots and luggage."

"HOW DARE YOU, YOU FILTHY WORM?!"

"That no way talk to your dad."

During the ensuing fight Grum rolled a natural 20 on the die, bashing the dragon on the head with his mace "Headbasher." +4.

"BAD LIZARD!" Cheap cigar in mouth.

Roll again, an 18- dragon was stunned for a round.

Grum sticks cigar in dragon's lower lip, lights it by striking match on dragon's face- it was an exploding cigar. 15 more points damage. Not exactly by First Edition rules, but how could the DM resist?

One of the most enjoyable games ever.

Every round a new insult, none ever repeated. He was like that everywhere, if a player overplayed a noble elf Grum would say in Tiny Tim on Helium soprano "by flutes and lutes and colorful tights oh such behavior dismays me!" The way the player said it was hilarious.
