yeah academia has been a really corrupt problem for a long time now, where the professors have more loyalty to other countries then the united states.

It's not bribes, it's ''voluntary contributions''. Academia has enormous amounts of dead wood that needs upkeep, so the heads will sell out to anyone to uphold the prestige of their positions.

I worked in Academia

You don't need bribes to get this stuff though it helps.

First of all you have a lot of people who are just...so fucking full of resentment and hate their own country and will gleefully send classified information because of that loathing. You get people who are idelogically communist in those insitutions who will do it for those reasons.

Hell you can send in a moderately attractive person and they will spill their guts for feigned affection if you want to go the honey pot route. Hell you most likely don't even need that because information security isn't something thats really thought of. Honestly colleges are shit places to have secret anything in general.
