So, yeah, a while back the concept of Biological Leninism : Spandrell : Free Download, Borrow, and Streaming : Internet Archive was popularized by a guy called Spandrell.

All this Diversity Equity and Inclusion garbage is not mere virtue signaling, it is a form of clientelism where the low performing dregs od society are elevated to various sinecures in order to make them indebted to the party/organization trying to take power.
So all the obese feminists, LGBTQABCDzxye and other loons that get free gibs and diversity positions are being paid off, furthermore, they know that without "the party" they would be nothing, so the more mediocre and pathetic they were before their unearned elevation, the more loyal they are to the party.
