3 Years before the start of ASOIAF, King Robert and all Lord Paramounts are gifted by ROB with the ability to “harvest” resources by recycling practically any inanimate or dead objects they are around and know of, and use it to instantly create physical working objects
This ability comes with a moving encyclopedia full of designs for all manner of machinery and the technical knowledge to explain how and why they work
So things like medicine can be replicated by Maesters who look at said encyclopedias and copy the information
What does each Lord Paramount+Robert do with this power? They know it will be transferred to their immediate heir upon death as given information by ROB
They also don’t have fast travel, so their lords have to give them reason as to whom should be prioritized first
How does the Faith of the Seven, Essosi Powers, the Wildlings(because knowing Ned is reinforcing things may give pause)and other beings take this?
Also, just to note Balon Greyjoy and Tywin Lannister are assholes.....given a superpower each
