Yeah, standard VS. rules apply,so she is reprogrammed to perceive the Major as non-human.

2B can fight giant robots and other crazy shit.

Outside of Major somehow melting 2B's robot brain with hacking, I can't see how she takes this...

I haven't played Nier Automata, but from what I've seen the androids move really fast. Also, they are androids. They don't have squishy brains that can turn into mush due to huge g-forces, which means the androids can pull off moves that the major can't (IIRC she still has a squishy brain inside her overall robotic body). So I'd give it to the androids.
