Bug Report 1 pixel gap in floating toolbar

My influence grows!
When scrolling with... whatever theme I'm using because I can't find the theme option to check its name, there is a 1 pixel gap at the top of the screen, right on the floating control bar thing. Where it says "home forums" etc.

I think that should have posted the image of it? You should be able to see the white dots between my bookmarks and the forum stuff, that's text on the forum itself.

Whenever I tried getting on Sietch, it says "Sietch cannot load due to loading issue".
 
Maybe my eyes are just not good enough but I am not seeing a gap.
