Dumbfuck tried to dissolve Congress and go for new elections(where the opposition wouldn't be allowed to run, I assume). People(or at least the Armed Forces) said "Yeah, no. You're on your own". Got impeached and arrested for his idiocy.

Looks like that Fujimori is on the lead, but very slightly(exit polls gave her the victory, 50.3% to 49.7%). I'd say it doesn't look that good for Peru whomever wins, but Fujimori is the lesser evil, IMO.
