How much purchasing power would you be willing to lose to support Ukraine?

Not surprising considering that a Russian lapdog won in Germany in 1998 (and 2002): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1998_German_federal_election I'm surprised that Germany green-lighted the Baltic countries' NATO accession in 2004 with him in charge, honestly.

Well, having Germany turn nuclear was a mistake, IMHO. What caused their atomophobia? Leftist propaganda?

How much purchasing power would you be willing to lose to support Ukraine?

Worth noting that IIRC Poland's right-wing government implemented single-payer healthcare to appeal to their working-class base. Good luck having the US Republican Party ever do that!

lol I wouldn't approve of you stealing that money from me. But if the US government will demand that we make such sacrifices in the form of, say, higher gas prices, then I would reluctantly accept this outcome.

How much purchasing power would you be willing to lose to support Ukraine?

Well, that depends: Just how temporary is this decline in purchasing power? Because even a 30% decline in purchasing power would simply result in the UK having Anglo-French levels of prosperity, which isn't that bad, especially if it's temporary.
