Sad thing about alot of cities is almost all the crime and what not is concentrated in a few neighborhoods. In St. Louis for example if you took out IIRC 3 neighborhoods in North St. Louis and one in South St. Louis that would eliminate like 90% of the violent crime.- Word Count: 51
