Well, if you are willing to invest a few bucks, you can play Sith Warrior as a Pure Sith, which when played on the Light Side, has some interestening and fun dialogue options.

Maybe you should. The Imperial Side stories were overall pretty good, especially when you have the fitting species for any given class.
