I liked the chapter. Some of Jason's pranks seem a bit over the top but it's mostly pretty good. I especially liked how the scene with the psycho killer went.

What Heather can do is limited by her knowledge of what the next challenge is. She might try to find that out somehow, or more likely use one of her minions to do it. Probably Trent because the rest are too stupid or unreliable to pull it off. The best way to get that information and to win...

While I'm not really a big fan of Total Drama I have to admit this story is pretty good. The protagonist seems a bit overpowered but it's still a very funny story. For instance that gay moose was just comedy gold.
