You aren't comparing apples to apples at all here. Israel is the nation in question, and Palestine is purely an Arab ethnicity that the Arab nations use to beat up on Israel. It's essentially a foreign arm of aggression pointed at Israel. The problem is different. So the same logic cannot...

The difference is that I don't buy any sort of moral authority from the Palestinian side of things. They have none, it's been spend decades ago, if they had it in the first place.

It's not that I think taking over the West Bank is a good idea or even a moral idea, but I get why you'd want to try and remove that threat permanently.

I'm honestly sympathetic to the idea of Israel pushing the Palestines out of the West Bank completely. Play stupid games. Win stupid prizes.
