Tested it, managed to make a PM with you in it. So it's just bad damned luck the users I want to chat to are all hoarding PM's lmao.

How many PM's total someone has (I have 1 in total). I can't add most people seemingly because they're at 50.

So far I haven't been able to add anyone to a PM because apparently everyone has reached their quota, I'm guessing it's just a case of bad luck from a small sample size but what is the size of this quota in question? It makes private messages a little challenging/impossible.
