Indian? I would point out the obvious if that is the case. There are a load of differences depending on the racial make up of the 'hood' in question. Not to say that every race/group,etc doesn't have bad neighbor hoods, but we can look at the statistics.......

We have very different experiences then, i have personally learned that the less poor people around me, the higher my quality of life is. I do not hesitate to judge people from where they come from, even my self.

I meant that because my family was poor, that is were we had to live, not that every poor neighborhood was black.

I would say those people should be punished but the left not only does not punish their extremists but celebrates them. As a consequence i can not punch right under nearly any circumstance😫
