We are. It's a good conversation, too. My opinion hasn't really changed. If the Govenment itself is massively over your prospective 1%, then I don't think it will even begin to work. And, if you can cut the size of the Govenment down to 1%, you likely don't need to do it for anybody else.

Looking at your idea? The last years Federal Gov Spending, US, was 6 Trillion. That's 6 thousand billions. When you can get that under 200 billion, I'll be all in.
