    Indeed. This is indeed true. But it's also true that you can (at least for the ones that aren't pay-to-win) play and have fun without spending money. Personally I tend to look at them more as "Pay what you want" type games. Certainly, they don't just occasionally ask for dono's to keep going...

    eh, I kind of like what I have right now. I have the first ever cosmetic mtx, I have the most intrusive of major monetizations, I have a game based around getting people to pay as the primary objective, and I have the straw that finally broke the camel's back.
