    I have heard the same from my Navy Buddies as well. Congress doing what Congress does has borked the maintenance for the Fleet. The Sub Force is still in good shape but the Surface Force needs some cash. Kind of why the Navy is also not going whole hog into getting the F-35C.

    If I am not mistaken they had a CGNX project the same time as the Zumwalts were being planned. But I think it got canceled because of the cost overruns.
